History Snapshot

Our founder, the late Reid Dennis, was highly regarded as a pioneer in the venture capital world. His unrivaled passion for aviation culminated with the creation of CTP Aviation in 2000. The principles he instilled in the company, those of integrity and value, helped establish us as one of the premier operators in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Many of the founding team remain part of our leadership today. And while providing exceptional charter service continues as an integral part of our business, our diverse managed fleet remains the cornerstone of our client services.

Leadership Bios

Selwyn House – President/CEO

Mr. House has dedicated a more than 40-year career in flight department management and brings a unique experience in both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. He has been instrumental in guiding CTP from a single Citation operation to an impressive fleet of world-class business jets and has facilitated several new aircraft deliveries on behalf of our clients. In his flying career, Mr. House accumulated over 18, 500 hours in more than two dozen different model aircraft. Outside of aviation, Mr. House is a connoisseur of high-performance German Sports cars.

Craig Zirzow – VP of Sales & Marketing

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Zirzow has built a career in developing talented sales and service teams. Since joining CTP in 2013, he has worked closely with clients to ensure that CTP exceeds their service expectations. The company has seen significant increases in charter sales and market share under his guidance. He is also a licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic, along with being an avid cyclist & musician.

John Fulton – VP of Operations

Mr. Fulton has been a key member since the beginning of CTP Aviation. He has developed the company training and operating procedures which have achieved the highest industry accreditations available. He also leads our growing team of exceptional pilots alongside developing our Standard Operating Procedures; both reflect his focus on safety and excellence. Mr. Fulton’s flying experience spans a broad range of aircraft; from corporate jets, to helicopters, to military jets. In his spare time, you’ll find him (to no surprise) flying his own family to fun destinations.

Mark Williams – VP of Maintenance

With over 20 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and aviation maintenance management, Mr. Williams has assisted owners in providing cost-effective maintenance programs that meet or exceed FAA requirements. He leads a dedicated team of maintenance technicians exclusively focused on the care of CTPs managed fleet. Mr. Williams brings further value to the ownership group as a qualified and active Challenger 350 Captain. When not spending time at the airport, you can find Mr. Williams in the mountains or enjoying movie-time with his family.
